One month alone in a house by the Corrubedo dunes on the Galician coast, with a studio and mentoring conversations. This is self-funded, not a grant: the one selected resident pays EUR 975 for December, a quarter off the usual rate.
Includes private accommodation, a dedicated studio, utilities and Wi-Fi, a bicycle, transfers from Santiago de Compostela and personalised mentoring. Only one resident at a time. Apply by email to application@lasdunas-airprogram.com with a short CV, a portfolio, a short description of what you want to work on and a note on why December suits it. Shortlisted applicants get a short online conversation; the resident is announced on 30 October 2026. Independent and artist-run, founded by the architect and artist Elia Núñez Bárez, with no institutional funding.
Who can apply
Open internationally to artists, writers, architects, researchers, curators and interdisciplinary practitioners. One place. No finished work, exhibition or public presentation required. Applications in English or Spanish.
Fee
Self-funded: the resident pays EUR 975 for the month (regular fee EUR 1,300). No application fee.
