Using Samlio

By using Samlio, you agree to use the platform for its intended purpose: organising, documenting and preserving artwork and collections. You may not use Samlio to store or distribute unlawful content.

Your content

Everything you add to Samlio — your artworks, images, notes and collection data — belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add to your archive.

Our service

We provide Samlio on a best-effort basis and aim for high availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us immediately at hi@samlio.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a yearly basis. You can cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds.

Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT where applicable.
