European Media Art Platform (EMAP/EMARE)

Two-month production residencies at fifteen European host institutions, paying EUR 4,000 to the artist plus a separate EUR 4,000 production budget and free accommodation. The collaboration requirement is the catch: you cannot apply entirely alone.

EUR 4,000 to the applying artist, EUR 2,000 to the collaborating partner, EUR 4,000 production budget, free accommodation and access to the host studios and labs. Co-funded by Creative Europe. Deadline is 14:00 CET. Selected work circulates through the EMAP partner network and enters its media art archive.

Who can apply

Artists, artist duos, collectives and other collaborations working in digital, media, robotic and bio art. Every applicant must work with a collaborating partner, either already identified or found during the process.
