A juried open exhibition in pastel and dry media at Mall Galleries, themed "Drawn To Colour", with over GBP 5,000 in prizes. Paid entry, and the framing and minimum-price rules cost real money before you are selected.

Caran d'Ache Prize GBP 1,000; Pastel Society Prize GBP 1,000; Yoshimoto Prize GBP 1,000; President's Prize GBP 500 for artists aged 35 or under; Bob Last Prize GBP 400; plus product and publication prizes, over GBP 5,000 in total. Deadline is 12 noon.
Who can apply
Artists aged 18 or over worldwide, up to six works. Original work in pastel and other dry media, completed within the previous two years and not previously shown at Mall Galleries. Work must be framed with picture glass.
Fee
GBP 22 per work; GBP 14.50 for artists aged 35 or under. Minimum sale price GBP 400; commission 45% plus VAT.
