The largest single award in this calendar's UK open exhibitions: GBP 10,000 for excellence, within a prize pot over GBP 15,000. Open worldwide to anyone over 18, paid per work entered.
Huaicun Zhang Award for Excellence GBP 10,000; de Laszlo Foundation Award GBP 2,000 for artists aged 35 or under; further awards taking the total over GBP 15,000. Exhibition at Mall Galleries, 17 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5BD, private view 25 February 2027. Deadline is 12 noon.
Who can apply
Artists aged 18 or over from anywhere in the world. Up to six submissions, up to four selected. Painting, sculpture, drawing and original prints; photography excluded. Work must be unpublished in London and under 2.4 m on its longest side.
Fee
GBP 22 per work; GBP 14.50 for artists aged 35 or under.
